If you deliver activity in person and need to provide earners with both an Open Badge Factory (OBF) Badge Application claim code and a physical copy of the badge they have earned, you may like to use our downloadable template.

How to use this template:

1. Ensure you have created a Badge Application with claim code on OBF.

3. Edit the template document with relevant information about the badge being issued via your application.

Page 1:

Replace the image with the badge visual.
- How to download badge visual.
Include the badge name.
- You could use the long title (red), or short title (white) depending on how much space you have.
Enter a relevant claim code associated with this application.
- How to find a claim code.
Enter a QR code for the Badge Application URL for earners to easily scan with a smart phone.
- How to find QR code (Pro subscriptions only).
- For Basic and Premium subscriptions, you will need to create a QR code for the URL elsewhere, using a service such as Canva or a free online QR code generator.

Page 2:

Replace the image with the badge visual.
- As above.
Enter the badge Long Title.
Enter the badge description.
Enter list of tags.
Enter earning criteria.
Enter Badge Standard / additional alignments information.
