We can only commence quality assurance (QA) on new badges that have been submitted for quality assurance by organisations that have joined Badge Nation. Find out more about our QA process here.
We try our best to review each new badge as soon as possible following submission for QA. Find out more about how long QA takes here. If you have submitted a badge for QA and are unsure where it is in the process:
Badge Status
- Find the badge in the Badges page on your Badge Zone account and check the status. It may be that your badge is still set to 'draft'. For more information, please see Badge Status Explained.
- Your badge status may have been set to 'Pending' following comments from our team that are awaiting your response. Find out more about viewing and responding to comments here.
Membership Status
- If your organisation has yet to join Badge Nation, we will set your Badge Status to 'Draft' and leave a comment to let you know that your badge has been held for Quality Assurance.
