The Badge Zone’s comments functionality enables you to receive quality assurance comments from the Badge Nation team and collaborate on your badge with other members of your organisation or community.
With your Badge Zone account you can:
- Receive Quality Assurance and Customer Support comments from the Badge Nation team.
- Receive comments from other members of your organisation.
- Comment on badges written by other members of your organisation.
- Receive comments from members of your Lead Organisation (if your membership is gifted).
- Comment on badges written by your Gifted Memberships (if you are from a lead organisation).
Admin (Badge Nation team): Yellow text bubble, their name – Admin.
You: Green text bubble, your name.
Another user from your organisation or lead organisation: Blue text bubble, their name.
You will always be notified when someone comments on a badge that you are writing, but please be aware that notifications for comments are only generated for the named user on the badge. The Badge Nation team will be notified when you leave a comment on your badge but other users will not. Be sure to bear this in mind when collaborating with a colleague.
