The Badge Zone - Collaborate with other members of your organisation or community

With your Badge Zone account, you can view and edit all draft badges written by users attached to your organisation. If you are from an organisation that has gifted membership to others, you can also view and edit the badges written by these organisations. Find out more about viewing and editing badges here.

This enables you to collaborate on badges in once place – make edits, add information, and even leave comments!

Top tips:

• We advise caution when editing a badge at the same time as another user with a separate Badge Zone account, as this can cause you to overwrite each other’s work and delete new changes.
• Ensure to communicate with each other that you are opening the badge to make changes. You can either do this outside of the Badge Zone, or use the ‘Comments’ function within the badge writing form. Find out more about comments here.
• Be aware that notifications for comments are only generated for the named user on the badge.
