This looks best by adding a badge visual and hyperlinking it to your unique share URL:

There are so many email services out there that we can’t provide detailed instructions for editing email signature settings on every platform. The steps below are intended to point you in the right direction, and you may experience some variation depending on which email service or provider you use.
To add a badge to your email signature:
1. Make sure you have followed the steps to accept your badge. Please see this guide for more information. On your badge receive page, you’ll notice an image under the badge title. This is a badge visual. |
On your badge receive page:
2. Right click the badge visual, then select “Save image as”.

On your account for your chosen email provider:
5. Visit your account settings for email signatures. You might like to add your badge to an existing signature, or create a new one just for using this badge.

Then pasting the share URL into a relevant dialogue box.
Emailing platforms can sometimes block images from being visible in emails. You might like to add a brief message encouraging email recipients to click and see your badges.
10. Send yourself a test email.
Clicking on the badge visual should open your share URL, detailing everything you did to get that badge. 11. Edit until you are happy with your new email signature. |
