      OBF - Accept a badge

      Find out how to accept a badge issued to you via Open Badge Factory (OBF).

      When issued with a badge, you will receive an email notification from issuer@openbadgefactory.com.

      Follow the steps below to accept:

      1. In your notification email, click the link underneath the badge.

      This will open openbadgefactory.com in your browser.

       

      2. If this is your first badge issued from this organisation, you will be asked to read and accept privacy information for badge recipients.

      When you are ready, tick the box

      and click ‘Continue’.

       

      3. You have accepted your badge!

      It is recommended to bookmark this URL so you can revisit your sharing options later.

       

      4. What happens next is up to you:
      Depending on the organisation that has issued your badge, you may see one or more of the options below.

      Copy the URL and share.

      You can also use the icons for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to share direct to social media.

      Click to download a PDF certificate. This also contains a QR code for others to scan and verify that you have been issued with this badge.
