Find out how to activate your Gifted Membership package.
When you have been gifted with a Badge Nation membership, your lead organisation will send you an invitation to link your organisations in the Badge Zone and provide you with membership Terms and Conditions. This invitation will arrive in the form of an email to the main contact responsible for managing your membership.
Please ensure you complete all steps in this guide to activate your membership.
To accept an invitation:
1. When you receive your invitation email, click ‘Accept gifted membership’. |
2. You will be directed to the Badge Zone log in page. If you have an existing account, you need only log in. If you do not yet have an account, click ‘create an account’ and follow the steps to register. |
3. When you are logged into your new / existing account, click 'Membership' from the menu on the left of your screen.
This will open your Gifted Membership page and present some information about accepting the invitation, including a link to Badge Nation's membership terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read these terms before continuing. |
4. Click 'Confirm' This is essential to activate your membership package. You must have completed this step before the Badge Nation team can carry out any Quality Assurance on your badges. |
5. A notification box will appear. Click 'OK'. Your Gifted Membership page will now include your lead organisation’s name, and the number of badges they have allocated for you to receive Quality Assurance and Publishing for.
