Once your badge has been published you will need a member of the Badge Nation team to make any changes.
Any amendments made to a badge will also appear on the profiles of earners who have already been issued with that badge, so you should only consider making changes that will remain relevant for previous earners.
If your badge hasn’t been issued yet, or you are happy that changing the badge visual will remain relevant and recognisable to your previous earners:
Please complete a customer request and select "I need to change something about a published badge".
When asked what element(s) of the badge need to change, indicate any relevant items such as the short title, primary logo, secondary logo, or brand colours.
You can use the form to supply information about your required changes and upload logo files / brand guidelines.
When your support request has been submitted, the Badge Nation team will review the information supplied and get back to you as soon as possible.
